Core Function:
The Executive, HR and Administration will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource (HR) functions ranging from but not limited to sourcing, recruitment, managing the HR Management System (HRMS), training, payroll, benefits and off-boarding; and general office administration.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Manage and take charge of the HRMS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality and timely troubleshooting and coordination with the IT vendor
2. Source, recruit and on-board new hires, maintaining engagement with them throughout their career with SUN-DAC.
3. Maintain and track employees’ records and prepare timely, accurate reports for Management’s decision-making.
4. Process monthly payroll including statutory submissions, eg. CPF and IRAS submissions.
5. Administer training, performance management, grievances and staff disciplinary cases.
6. Administer and assist with employee’s queries on compensation and benefits
7. Co-ordinate off-boarding process
8. Assist with any tasks that may be assigned by Management

Core Work Requirements:
Education:
· Min diploma in HR or Business Administration related field.
Experience:
· Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
