An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to work on credit card and card rewards processing in a fast-pace environment
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance or equivalent.
- Has understanding in Credit Card and Card Rewards processing;
- Good experience in using Microsoft Excel;
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, capable of supporting user requests and testing;
- Possess good stakeholder management skills to work with different department;
- Strong planning skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills to interact with teams efficiently.
Desired Skill-set
- Work experience in banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with technology partners on solution design, delivery timeline, and readiness of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment;
- Develop UAT plans, define test scope, scripts, and data; configure Rewards Campaigns in UAT, and conduct end-to-end testing;
- Record test outcomes and compile structured test documentation for stakeholder review and walkthroughs;
- Oversee UAT progress, provide timely updates, flag issues early, monitor resolutions, and keep business teams and key stakeholders informed;
- Work closely with technology, business, and operations teams on system implementation, including preparing instruction/parameter forms for Rewards Campaign setup;
- Organize live verification with business teams and stakeholders.
