- Responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects
- Produce the Project Execution Plan and be responsible for the financial viability, on-time delivery and customer control
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
- Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness
- Performing risk management
- Coordinates all site works including third party vendors, ensuring works meet specification and briefs
- Responsible for successful and quality project handover to the Client
- At least 10 years of working experience in Building & Construction
