Job Description:
- Handle all customer service-related matters at the counter
- Provide excellent customer service, attend to tenant and shopper enquiries and feedbacks
- Promote loyalty program and related activities
- Assist in voucher sales, mall redemptions, reward program and any other marketing activations as required
- Support Marcom in promotional activities, events and loyalty program as required
- Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Min GCE N Level qualification
- Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role/ hospitality industry
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
- Able to work rotating shift, weekends & Public Holidays
6 working days (5 working days followed by 1 rest day)
2 rotating shifts (10am to 6pm / 2pm to 10pm)
