- Provide general administrative support to management in head office.
- In charge of ISO manuals update, audit, certificate renewal, documentations and filing.
- In charge of company & builder licencing application and renewal.
- In charge of workers WP matters, worker monthly salary preparation, worker training & course arrangement and other worker related matters.
- In charge of office IT and coordination with external support.
- Maintain and update company profile.
- Assist in organizing staff welfare, CRS & other company activities.
- Purchase, leasing and upkeep general of office, computers & office equipment, such as furniture & fittings, telephone, mobile phone, photocopier, aircon, water dispensers, etc
- Keep track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Directors from time to time
