Responsibilities:
- Oversees project costing, budget allocation, expenditure monitoring and cost forecasting
- Reviews the project revenue update and project cash flow
- Oversees Change Order Management and Claims with clients, vendors and subcontractors
- Ensures timely commercial and cost reporting
- Reviews and evaluates vendors and subcontractors CBEs
- Coordinates with respective stakeholders for payment milestone requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as project control manager
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
