Lead channels of operations - direct management of Operations Executive and Controllers, and overseeing the running of their channels.
Oversee decision-making with response to exceptions and staff utilization.
Strategic planning for staff management and guide business activities to achieve results
Support Operations Manager by providing analysis on productivity, growth planning, manpower utilization
Work with planner for optimization of routes to improve productivity
Communicate directly with customers to manage exceptions
Ensure accurate reports are prepared from within clusters and presented to management in required timeframe.
Manage discipline issues for staff clusters with the aim of controlling absenteeism and operations errors.
Provide training for staff in clusters to facilitate ongoing excellence in delivery operations; ensuring required attendance at toolbox meetings, managing controllers’ messages to staff, and ensuring effective communication to all other staff from foreign countries
Provide timely incident reports to Customer Service manager whenever necessary
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
