Role & Responsibilities:
The candidate will manage and optimize our online stores on various marketplaces, ensuring seamless customer experiences, efficient operations, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, e-commerce expertise, and excellent analytical skills.
- Manage and maintain online product catalogue, descriptions, images, and pricing in various marketplaces
- Work closely with the Operations and IT Teams to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfilment
- Plan and execute new business ideas and strategies to increase E-commerce revenue
- Maintain excellent relationships with the marketplaces' account managers to push for win-win sales growth
- Monitor customers' reviews, feedback, or issues and execute action plans to resolve and prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to engage and convert customers
- Analyse sales and customer behaviour
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
- Track and analyse sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience in food and beverage or related industry.
- Candidates with prior new business development experience in the food and beverage industry will have an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Proficient in Google Analytics, social media, and marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
