Job responsibilities:
- Opportunity to be exposed to projects relating to Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Operations, General Management
- Assist Managing Director and CEO in his daily activities, plan meetings and prioritize work
- Work alongside closely with other Head of Department to appreciate the key to managing stakeholders
- Additional exposure to other functional areas such as mining, smelting, material processing;
- Long term business development, sales planning, and strategy;
- Manage relationships with buyers, sellers, service providers and stakeholders;
- Provide recommendations to fortify internal governance through understanding the business flow
- Establish KPIs and incentives to improve efficiency of manpower
- Data compilation, research and analysis;
- Ad-hoc traveling as and when required.
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant discipline, demonstrated academic achievements, preferably with industrial background experience;
- Analytical and strong logical thinker, results oriented;
- Self-driven team player, a good listener and good communicator;
- Systematic and organized, able to thrive under pressure and situational ambiguity;
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Chinese to liaise with counterparts;
- Strong communicator and able to build strong interpersonal relationship is essential;
- Frequent travelling to subsidiaries to help group develop executable governance practices.
