Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate closely with Retail Teams to deliver Client Centric strategies & actions plan in attaining a high level of Client Retention & Acquisition Rate.
- Support CE Manager in analysing past results to plan and strategise Client Engagement programmes.
- Assist CE Manager and work closely with Retail team in recruitment and cultivation of new clients.
- Effective management of CE activations and/or initiatives.
- Management of brand experiences (if any); responsible for liaising with retail team in executing In-Store OTO appointments.
- Work closely with PR & Communications team in delivering client experiences/recognition activations/initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Undergraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline.
- Exposure in MS Office applications
- Disciplined, well-presented with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Resourceful, results oriented and a good team player
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines well
