Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design)
Remuneration: Basic with PB & VB
Work location: Potong Pasir
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare tender bids for submission on time
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
- Review and understand all drawings and specifications
- Monitor project costs to ensure objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with building contract law; Ensure compliance with standards
- Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties
- Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors
- Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and costing summary
- Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc
- Prepare cost analysis and cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value.
Key Requirements
- Min. 1 Experience in construction
- Prior Experience in full interior fit-out projects
*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*
