Job Scope
- Identify, rectify, and prevent safety lapses in site conditions, safety systems, and documentation processes.
- Issue Stop-Work Orders (SWOs), track progress, and ensure timely closure of safety violations.
- Lead incident investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and accurate reporting.
- Ensure contractor-submitted incident reports meet factual accuracy and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and resolve safety-related issues from both internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
- Actively participate in project meetings, offering safety insights and value-added contributions.
- Provide expert guidance and advisories to the main contractor on safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors on safety improvement trials and innovations as needed.
- Upload necessary documentation, such as inspection reports and incident investigations, along with photos into the required system.
- Update spreadsheets and databases to maintain accurate safety performance records.
- Prepare and present monthly safety performance reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Able to maintain punctuality at work and submit daily attendance.
Requirement
- Singaporean / PR
- Min 5 years WSHO experience
- Medically fit
- Understand regulation well
- 5.5 days work week
