Job Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned maintenance, repair, and rectification work orders.
- Ensure that building and facilities are well-maintained by conducting daily inspections and carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Procure and manage contracts and service providers for catering, cleaning, parking, and security.
- Anticipate the facility's future needs and plan accordingly.
- Handle emergencies as they arise.
- Monitor maintenance, renovation, refurbishment, and construction projects.
- Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences as requested by supervisors and Head of Department.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by direct supervisors and Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Capable of managing priorities and multitasking.
- Comfortable with standing or walking for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
