JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review company & subsidiaries financial statements
- Prepare reports, budget and variance analysis
- Standardized product costing method
- Review inter-company transfer pricing policy
- Fixed assets management
- Inventory analysis
- Review of financial policies & standardization
- Monitoring of expenditure budget and result
- Preparation of financial reporting, financial analysis, quarterly and annual statutory reporting
- Preparation of ad-hoc report for management review
- Undertake to resolve issues related to accounting operations
- Ensure compliance to financial guidelines, accounting standards, corporate governance and other regulatory requirements
- Lead development and improvement projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accountancy and Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous
- Good knowledge of Japan GAAP
- Experience in handling Japan-Singapore bilateral agreements
- Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Willing to travel and keen to take up overseas assignments / postings
