Job Description
- Support ports in achieving outbound/inbound targets and optimize vessel allocation.
- Monitor and analyze vessel performance, loading factors, daily positions and allocation to take necessary actions.
- Resolving any operational issues that may arise from commercial perspective.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments.
- Maintain pricing efficiency, costs (BCO, IFF, Tenders etc.) and provide analysis on contribution.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including international freight forwarders and agencies.
- Assist Trade Manager to perform simple P&L analysis, support feasibility service studies and actively participate in business development initiatives.
Requirement
- Min. Degree in Business or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of shipping experience from Freight forwarding
- Has prior experience in managing pricing and space management in vessel will be advantageous
