Responsibilities:
Support and manage banking infrastructure by ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining server stability.
- Monitor Linux, Windows, AIX servers, ensuring uptime via automated and manual checks.
- Perform timely server hardware maintenance, upgrades, and configurations as needed.
- Manage incident and change processes to ensure smooth infrastructure operations.
- Document procedures, configurations, and updates to streamline troubleshooting efforts.
- Provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure operations, resolving urgent issues.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a solid track record in infrastructure support within the banking sector.
Skills/Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years in banking infrastructure support, particularly Linux and Windows systems.
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESX, server maintenance, and configurations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and incident management capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to provide on-call support beyond business hours as needed.
