To support the Account Managers (AM) and Directors on handling the sales support for a set of local Government Customers.
Make an Impact by:
- To support the Account Managers and Directors (Sales Team) in managing the accounts assigned, handling customers’ enquiries, escalations, and billing activities
- To understand and identify customer’s needs for quotation generation and order raising.
- Support Sales Team in billing and customer reporting
- To understand and appreciate Singtel product and service offerings to provide better services and advice to customers.
- To understand and help to improve internal processes to support the Sales Team in streamlining and improving the processes
- Ensure that customers’ specified reports are provided to customer’s SPOC promptly and accurately:
- Confirm bill reflects accurate customers’ PO number and date supplied.
- To ensure all the service billing start date is verified and aligned according to PO or contract term.
- To achieve high customer satisfaction.
- To play a key ambassador role for Singtel
- To meet financial KPI
- Independent, self-starter and strong strive
Skills for Success:
- Diploma and above with 2 or more years in sales support experience.
- ICT / telco knowledge preferred
- Able to build good customer relationships at all levels
