Infrastructure Engineer (Banking)
Job Requirement:
- 5 years of experience in Banking Infrastructure environment.
- Monitor the health of the Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware servers through both automated and manual processes.
- Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades.
- Timely action to resolve or escalate to the next level for investigation.
- Great knowledge in handling incident, change management process.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers in a Linux, Windows environment.
- Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs.
- Good knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies.
- Availability to resolve urgent environment problems outside of business hours.
- 24/7 support require to handle BAU Operations.
