MANAGER, ADMINISTRATION

Takenaka Singapore Pte Ltd

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage General Site Office Administration including coordination of IT and HR matters with HQ

2. Manage Administrative Payments for site expenses

3. Update and monitor workers’ overtime, responds to project site staff queries

4. Monitor manpower requirements at project site and ensure minimal disruption of daily site operations

5. Update Project Organisation Chart and monitor manpower

6. Liaise with M&E, Design, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Safety departments within project on site matters and provide administration support

7. Oversee application of statutory passes required for site project work

8. Ensuring all documents versioning up to date within filing system

9. Coach and review the work of site administration officers

10. Provide evaluation/findings and project results to HQ Tokyo in Japan on a regular basis

11. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

1. Possess Degree in Economics/ Business Administration or related discipline

2. Min. 3 years experience in Project Administration, construction industry preferred

3. Multi-tasker who is able to communicate with various stakeholders including Project and HQ Management

4. Independent Worker requiring minimal supervision

5. Proficient in Microsoft word and excel

6. Fluency in spoken and written Japanese would be advantageous as the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate with Japan Head Office
