Job Description
1. Responsible for overseeing and managing social media and digital platforms including microsites
2. Develop content and artwork for social media platforms which includes Facebook, Instagram, etc
3. Execute marketing and advertising campaigns by for marketing campaigns
4. Assist the manager in liaising with agencies for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, website content, event campaigns, and more.
5. Assist in monitoring the progress of all design works, from conception to delivery for residential project launches
6. Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and determine effectiveness and areas for improvements
7. Assist in generating innovative and creative residential project print and digital collateral for sustenance campaigns
8. Assist manager in ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement
1. Proven 1-2 years experience in Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing & Content Creation or similar roles.
2. Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and basics of UI/UX
3. Graphic Design, Creative thinker
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and similar content creation tools.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
6. Strong project management and organizational skills, adept at meeting tight deadlines.
7. Proactive team player with a positive working attitude.
8. Resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality work.
