Job Description:
• Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.
• Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
• Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
• Producing site progress report to management.
• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
• Identify and comply with all applicable statutory/ regulatory requirements related to project.
• Coordination and sequencing of works of different subcontractors.
• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
• Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 12 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferrable 12 years of project management experience in the high rise projects and mixed development in building projects
• Required Skill(s): leadership, technical, planning, coordination, multi-task
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
