Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate records of company-owned vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance.
2. Coordinate vehicle assignments, usage, and scheduling for employees.
3. Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
4. Maintain vehicle inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Administer company insurance policies (liability, property, auto, workers' compensation).
6. Coordinate insurance renewals, cancellations, and changes.
7. Process insurance claims and communicate with insurance providers.
8. Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements.
9. Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation.
10. Provide support for risk management initiatives.
11. Perform special projects as assigned by supervisor.
12. Provide backup support for other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in vehicle and insurance management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
