- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday Morning
Job Description:
- Deliver excellent service according to service standards and ensure seamless execution of service experience and delivery
- Ensure proper preparation and presentation of all F&B according to service standards and hygiene guidelines, including appropriate table setting
- Ensure pantry duties (opening/closing) are conducted efficiently and thoroughly, including washing/cleaning/polishing of equipment
- Assist Head Butler to coordinate all F&B service requirements
- Assist to coordinate F&B consumption tracking, manage inventory stock items
Job Requirements:
- Min. N-Level, preferably with Culinary Certificate
- Basic knowledge in Wine & Dine service experience and delivery
- Passion for service with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a stressful environment
