Work Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 days work week (2 off days on weekdays)
- Monday : Rest Day
- Tuesday : Rest Day
- Wednesday to Friday : 1:00pm to 9:30pm
- Saturday and Sunday : 8:30am to 6:30pm
Salary Package: Basic Salary ranging from 2.3k - 2.8k + performance bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and process paperwork related to student enrollment and admissions
- In-charge of school fee collection and invoice issuing
- Answer general inquiries from students or parents via phone call / email
- Handle administrative / operational tasks of the school
- Other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements:
- Able to work in the evenings and weekends
- Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents and children
- Comfortable taking care of the children
