Assist with Home Automation devices for Singapore homes and offices.
Transform lives through targeted approaches such as creating healthy habits, improving work-from-home experience, increasing study effectiveness, improving elderly lives etc. Using data and coaching to value add.
We are looking for a Project Management Intern to support the company in ensuring the smooth running of projects and delivery of measurable outcomes.
Your role involves:
- Set a timeline for the completion of the projects, and follow up closely.
- Assist the team in various projects to ensure delivery of project objectives on time.
- Maintain and track all projects and documentation, ensure proper and consistent communication of status to the clients and internal team
- Work closely with the director and manage various projects to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Outline client design objectives by communicating with clients to understand lifestyle requirements, needs & visual direction.
- Prepare draft designs and quotations for projects.
- Prepare and submit claims and invoice billing.
- Prepare quotation for interior design projects
- Effectively communicate with customers and provide training
- Support in any other tasks delegated by the director
Requirements:
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Tech Savvy
- Strong work ethics and positive attitude
- Well-organised and good multi-tasking skills
- Excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency.
- Effective communications with external and internal stakeholders
- Good presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Independent worker and team player to ensure outcomes are achieved while managing expectations
- Able to manage and resolve issues appropriately in a timely manner
- Technical domain knowledge of two or more of the following: Networking, Smart Home/ Office Automation, Marketing, Analytics or Programming.
Helpful:
- Experience in IoT Devices, Knowledge of Smart Home/ Office Devices
- Driver’s License
Location: Woodlands, Bras Basah Office (occasionally), Customer’s place
