Senior Salesforce Admin
Background
The company has a global CRM in Veeva and just started up a large project to move to a
Salesforce enabled 360 CRM solution, combining the strengths from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and
Marketing Cloud. The in-house CRM team supports both the incumbent Veeva setup but is also
accountable for the development of the new Salesforce implementation. The inhouse CRM team is a
global one with team members in Singapore, various European countries and Atlanta, USA. We are
currently looking for an interim assignment that will cover for a maternity leave.
Outcome of assignment
Implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive organizational success
Key activities and deliverables
- Participate in analyzing business needs: By understanding the business processes and
- identifying, the solution analyst is responsible to solve issues in a scalable way, while
- following overall design principles visual guidelines and global standards
- Provide hands-on configuration and development of Salesforce solution.
- Be involved in peer-testing to quality assure the developed solution
- Be active within the development team; share experience and best practices with other team members
- Continuous improvement: The Solution analyst must be updated on new releases on the Salesforce platform and the possibilities that come with it. The solution analyst will strive in using this information to develop an efficient solution
Required experience and skills
- 5 years experience in a SFDC admin role in a large international company.
- Experience working with both Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and preferably Marketing Cloud.
- Experienced in agile ways-of-working with a product and user centric perspective.
- Good analytical skills. The solution analyst must have experience, certifications and knowledge in being a SFDC System Admin.
- Good experience in Data Modeling and Reporting in SFDC: The solution analyst must have experience in database and data mapping.
- Adhere to design principles and visual guidelines: The solution analyst is responsible for using and as needed assisting in the design guidelines and principles that the development team is using
- Excellent collaborator. Good listener and servant contributor in the delivery team.
- A proactive self-starter. Structured and well organized.
- Good presentation and communication skills in English.
- Good people skills, the ability to create trust and navigate different personalities in a global
- organization.
