Job Summary:
As an Account cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, handling banking and financial transactions, and providing support with office administration and operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and administration, capable of multitasking and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis as needed.
- Coordinate with external auditors for audits and other financial matters.
Payroll & Employee Benefits:
- Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Manage employee deductions, reimbursements, and benefits.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in generating pay slips and address any payroll-related queries from employees.
Banking & Transactions:
- Handle banking tasks including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Monitor and reconcile company bank accounts regularly.
- Coordinate with the bank on any financial issues, including loans, credit facilities, and other banking services.
Office Administration & Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Manage filing systems, including both physical and electronic records.
- Coordinate internal and external communication, acting as a liaison between employees, management, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment.
Paperwork & Documentation:
- Handle various administrative tasks such as preparing documents, contracts, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of all documents.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory and regulatory filings as required by local authorities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, administration, or office management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or any other ERP systems).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in payroll processing and handling employee benefits.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and taxation regulations.
- Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to changing priorities.
