Accounts & Admin Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations of Accounts Department and assist operations of Admin Department.
  • Handle account payable and accounts receivable functions like preparation of payment and receipt vouchers, processing of payments, recording of daily cash inflows and outflows, etc.
  • Manage and arrange crew salaries payments.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Liaise with bank on account matters, account opening and closure.
  • Assist in year-end audits.
  • Assist Admin/HR functions like handling phone calls and employees’ enquiries, updating employees’ records, calculating employees’ leave and entitlements, submitting of government and related claims, etc.
  • Organize and file accounting and admin/HR documents.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.


Qualification/Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Accounting/ Finance/ Business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications like Word and Excel.
  • Meticulous, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Singapore Citizen/PR preferred.
