Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
1. Perform technical verification checks on customers’ income documents to process customers’ unsecured facilities creation or maintenance in Bank’s operating systems
2. Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries for customer’s unsecured facilities creation
3. Lead/Participate the team in providing ideas/initiatives in digitalization of processes and automation improvement
4. Identify operational risks and implement measures to address/mitigate the risk
5. Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standards – timely and accurately
6. Manage operational issues and provide timely escalations to management team
7. Review & update system reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
8. Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner
9. Data-driven and structured in using data to perform analyses
10. Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity gains – identifying root cause and problem statements to solutionize
