Job Title: Functional SME - MS Dynamics Project Operations
Responsibilities
As the Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the MS Dynamics Project Operations module implementation, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of this solution. This position requires deep functional expertise and leadership in working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective project outcomes.
Key Requirements
• Experience:
• 15-18 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Project Operations, with a proven record of success in delivering complex solutions.
• Implementation Expertise:
• Demonstrated track record of leading full-cycle greenfield implementations within the MS Dynamics Project Operations module, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
• Functional Knowledge:
• Strong expertise in the Project Operations module, formerly known as Navision, with a solid grasp of project management and operations workflows.
• Location & Availability:
• Must be available to work on-site at Surbana Jurong for the duration of the project.
• Contract Length:
• This is an 18 to 21-month contract position.

• Deep understanding of project management processes, operations workflows, and how they align with Project Operations module functionalities.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring clear communication throughout the implementation process.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage transitions to ensure a seamless implementation process.
