The Clinic Manager (CM) will run the assigned clinic under the direction of Director, Operations (FHH) or any of the delegated authority. The CM will manage an onsite team that support the practicing doctor(s) in the provision of care to our patients, ensuring the overall smooth daily operations of clinic business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manpower:
· Manage clinic staff roster & manpower, with reasonable and fair planning of their work involvement in support of the business
· Request for hiring (where applicable)
· Annual staff appraisal
Expenses and financials:
· Manage clinic expenses, such as, but not limitedto
- excessive inventory, consumables, expiring drugs, wastages, utility
· Ensure all patient billings and invoices are accurate
· Ensure clinic’s daily financial settlement is done properly, and all takings for the day are accurately accounted for
Work standard:
· Manage staff to deliver customer service excellence and patient satisfaction
· Ensure regular stock-taking is done accurately, based on the agreed frequency
· Manage teammates’ overall work performance, such as, but not limited to
- punctuality, accuracy of work, team player
Clinic and suppliers:
· In discussion with reporting officer, execute plans for minor repairs, furniture replacement or any facility needs
· Ensure regular preventive maintenance of equipment and air conditioning servicing in clinic
