About the Client:
Our client is a leading Information Technology (IT), consulting, and business process services company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate configuration management, deployment, and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions that increase efficiency and reliability.
- Integrate Ansible workflows with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless, automated deployments.
- Manage and maintain the infrastructure codebase, ensuring best practices in code versioning and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability of services.
- Continuously monitor and enhance existing automation to improve performance and scalability.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in automation, DevOps, and infrastructure management.
Requirement:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible, including creating and managing playbooks, roles, and custom modules.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Experience in YAML.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).
