Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect

Responsibilities

As an MS Dynamics CRM Technical Architect, your primary responsibilities will include:

Technical Solution Design & Implementation:

• Design and implement robust technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and effectively translate them into detailed technical specifications and actionable plans.

System Integration:

• Lead the integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity.

Technical Guidance & Best Practices:

• Provide technical guidance and establish best practices for development teams working on Dynamics CRM projects.

• Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards and adherence to industry best practices.

Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM applications, minimizing disruptions and enhancing system reliability.

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

• Stay updated on new features, functionalities, and best practices within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure effective use of platform enhancements.

Key Skills & Expertise

Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for customizations and solution design within Dynamics CRM.

Data Migration & Integration: Experience with data migration and integration tools to facilitate seamless data handling between CRM and other systems.

Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Communication & Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative team environment.

This role requires a proactive, technically skilled professional with a passion for optimizing CRM solutions to meet business needs.
