Responsibilities
As a Technology Delivery Lead, your core responsibilities will include:
• Project Management & Delivery:
• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects, leveraging appropriate frameworks and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day delivery operations to ensure high service quality and adherence to budget constraints.
• Strategic Contribution & Sales Support:
• Proactively support sales initiatives by developing innovative solutions that demonstrate delivery excellence and meet client needs.
• Drive profitability and long-term success through continuous improvements in service quality and cost efficiency.
• Leadership & Team Collaboration:
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within your domain, collaborating and leading teams to achieve high performance and effective decision-making.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, contributing to strategic decisions that influence multiple project areas.
• Provide scalable solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams, ensuring seamless integration and quality.
• Delivery Excellence & Technical Proficiency:
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM).
• Utilize advanced skills in Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), Service Delivery, Delivery Excellence, and Technology Architecture Implementation to enhance project outcomes.
