Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Business Development professional to join our Marketing team. This role requires a strong understanding of partnership models in the financial market and the ability to identify and develop customer relationships that align with our business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partnership Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with partnership models within the financial market, understanding the characteristics and pricing logic of financial products.
- Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the customer structure in the financial industry to identify potential customer needs and determine target customer profiles.
- Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial services that meet customer needs, actively engage in marketing initiatives, and leverage strong organizational and service-oriented skills to work efficiently with the conversion service team to achieve business goals.
- Marketing Engagement: Lead marketing efforts aimed at customer acquisition and retention, utilizing insights to optimize strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer acquisition within the securities, wealth management, or financial industries. Experience working with overseas brokers is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Possess clear thinking and strong analytical skills, with the ability to draft compelling proposals and documents.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities to establish and maintain relationships with clients, alongside persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Market Insight: Exhibit strong market insight with exceptional market analysis and resource integration capabilities.
- Client Resources: Candidates with relevant client resources will be given preference.
