1. Sound technical knowledge of marine engineering, shipbuilding & repair.
2. Good understanding of international maritime regulations.
3. Good communication & analytical skills.
4. Must be willing to travel to vessels when required and be available 24/7 for emergency response.
5. Management of vessel's budget and issuance of technical advice.
6. Preparing technical specification for docking.
7. Minimum COC Class 1 in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
8. Candidate to be a Marine Engineer with at least 2 years of sailing experience as C/E onboard tankers / chemical tankers.
9. Prior experience with technical management will be an advantage.
10. Proactive with active participation.
