Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing engaging content for World Farm’s social media channels.
- Create eye-catching visuals and graphics for social media campaigns using design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Contribute to video content ideas and take charge of video production for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, including pre- and post- production.
- Help manage and schedule posts on various social media channels
- Research and implement best practices to increase website traffic and improve search rankings
- Analyse campaign performance (e.g., email open rates, conversion rates, social media engagement) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support marketing promotions, seasonal sales, and customer engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and an understanding of what drives engagement, working knowledge of XHS and Lemon8 knowledge is a bonus
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills; able to interpret marketing data and provide insights
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing strategies
- Time management skills; ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
