Job Responsibilities:
- Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates.
- Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations.
- Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support.
- Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks.
- Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers.
- Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines.
- Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects.
- Knowledge in BIM responsibilities
- Maintain and perform document control
- Any other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Architectural/C&S discipline, preferably in infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of BIM and submission standards, hands-on experience for BIM projects.
- Required skills: Basic Civil 3D, Revit.
