The Gig
- Be the Leader: Step up and provide exceptional operational leadership that aligns with our brand standards and service framework. You'll be the go-to person when any member of the HOD team is not around, ensuring the club never skips a beat.
- Master of Keys: Take charge of the keys and ensure they are safe and sound. After all, you're the key to unlocking our club's success!
- Keep the Communication Flowing: Regularly communicate with the HOD team, updating them on any issues that arise during club operations. Your effective communication skills will keep everyone in the loop, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Be the Fixer: Spot any issues or faults that require a technical fix and report them promptly. Your keen eye will help us maintain top-notch facilities for our members.
- Warm and Welcoming: Ensure all interactions with our members are warm and friendly. Answer queries, handle feedback like a pro, and create an environment that makes everyone feel at home.
- Cleanliness Champion: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the studios, changerooms, and common areas. A clean and inviting club is essential for creating a positive atmosphere.
- Inventory Guru: Keep a close eye on our stock and conduct regular counts to ensure everything is in order. From equipment to supplies, you'll ensure we never run out of what we need to keep our club buzzing.
- Safety First: Create a safe and healthy environment for our members and team members alike. Your commitment to safety will ensure everyone feels secure and can focus on their fitness journey.
- Surprise and Delight: We believe in going the extra mile, especially when it's unexpected. Find creative ways to give that little bit extra to our members, creating memorable moments that will keep them coming back for more
Some stuff that will help you get the job:
- At least two-years experience
- Experience in customer service and answering feedback and complaints
- Experience in operations and/or safety is a plus point
- Can do a rotating roster including weekends, early morning and late evening shifts
