Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations for both Key and Local projects.
- Supervision of Engineering team by providing leadership and clear direction.
- Allocation of resources to meet all project goals.
- Develop strategies, manage budgets, and ensure successful project execution.
- Establish technical policies to improve the efficiency of the team.
- Play a vital role in the research and development of new products and technologies.
- Arrange ongoing activities beyond specific projects to support and grow their team.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support all new projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or Mechatronics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Engineering field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge
- Experience in project management
- Strong management skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Leadership qualities and able to lead a team
