· Preparing tender and contract documents;
· Performing risk and value management and cost control;
· Preparing and analysing costings for tenders;
· Providing advice on contractual claims;
· Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
· Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;
· Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree , related in Construction
- At least 2 years related working experience in Building Construction
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
