- Provide consistent and purposeful casework management for not more than 28 cases with multiple needs and safety risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve good case outcomes.
- Perform intake duties as part of intake team, assessing client’s needs and providing recommendation.
- Conduct group work program to support clients and their families to adopt healthier lifestyles.
- To undertake any additional responsibilities and duties assigned by Director.
Requirements
- Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Good report writing skill.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
