Job Description
- To manage and lead the CCA Department.
- To strategise and plan the various activities for the students in the SYFC CCA Programme.
- To ensure the SYFC resources are safely and efficiently utilised in line with the SYFC CCA objectives.
- To review continually the SYFC CCA Programme to ensure relevance with changes in the education system.
- To liaise with school principals, teachers, and aviation executives/liaisons on all aspects of planning of school SYFC CCA curriculum.
- To promote, develop, and advance aeromodelling activities (inclusing publicity and engagement efforts of SYFC CCA) in Singapore amongst the youth.
- To be conversant in business writing, not limited to the drafting of approval papers, preparation of reports and minutes writing.
- To review policies and provide guidance on club related matters as part of the SYFC Management Team.
- To carry out secondary duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business, other relevant fields or equivalent.
- At least three years of managerial or instructional experience preferred.
- Experience in aeromodelling will be an added advantage.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Information
- Five-day work week (Tue to Sat, 8am to 5pm). Non workday and Rest Day on Sun and Mon.
- Uniform (polo-tee) provided
- Work location at SYFC (Seletar area)
