- To support and to ensure smooth daily office operations and HR tasks.
- Manage day-to-day office operations , including office leasing, meeting coordination, reception, procurement, and file management.
- Support human resource for local employees, including tasks related to attendance, payroll, benefits, and insurance.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Office Management
- Basic HR knowledge will be helpful
- 5 days work week (Hybrid - 4days office + 1 day work from home)
- Work location at Amoy Street
- Mandarin speaking - to communicate with chinese associates
- Salary $4000 - $7000 (depends on experience)
