Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders for Customer Code Creation for new customers
- Responsible for customer master setup in SAP for new customers to enable billing
- Do monthly verification for master setups in SAP
- Generate draft billings in accordance to billing cycle
- Perform reconciliation between Order Management System and SAP for billing accuracy
- Perform ad-hoc billings when required
- Support the manager in processing of Credit Note
- Responsible for uploading invoices into respective billing portals
- Support in billing dispute verification
- Pull reports from various systems for some basic report preparation.
- Perform SAP GI GR transaction, training will be provided.
- Other operational duties as assigned by reporting officer
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics with minimum 3 years of working experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
- Independent and team player with good problem-solving
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous
- Knowledge in SAP, ERP and/or WMS will be advantage.
