- At least 10 years of practical working experience with 5 years in Building Projects Construction Management with the Main contractor in a Senior Management role.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team of departmental heads.
- Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
- Good knowledge of local authority requirements and engineering standards
- Possessed excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal communication skills.
