Responsibilities:
1. Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries (either by phone, email or walk-in).
2. Other administrative duties includes preparation of patients’ case file, liaise with internal and external partners to arrange appointments (specialists, radiology, etc).
3. Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure, eye tests, ECG, audiometry, etc.
4. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned e.g. Tracing & filing of laboratory/ radiology/ other results, archive medical reports when completed.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter and common areas.
Key Accountabilities:
1. A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
2. Ensure accurate registration and dispensing of health screening packages.
Requirements:
1. Minimum O levels or equivalent.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Prior experience in healthcare industry will be advantageous.
5. 5.5 day work week.
