HR Manager

  1. To oversee all day-to-day HR operational and administrative matters (recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits and performance management.)
  2. Partner with the Senior Team, to meet organizational goals in recruitment, staffing and onboarding of teaching and support staff to support strategic school development.
  3. Oversee all staff health insurance and work injury compensation matters
  4. Oversee leave and attendance management for all staff.
  5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  6. Facilitate the annual performance review for all staff.
  7. Manage all procedures relating to EP/S-Pass/Work Permit and LOC applications
  8. Develop and review structured onboarding program for new hires.
  9. Develop and execute work improvement measures to deliver employed focused experience.
  10. Develop training roadmap and L&D activities for support staff, leveraging on government grants.
  11. Manage government training grant administrations and ensure timely training grant disbursement.
  12. Oversee HR audits and licensing requirements including data submission and reporting
  13. Submission of periodic and annual staffing reports, salary benchmarking statistics, etc for the Senior Team’s review and analysis.
  14. Annual review of Support Staff Employee Handbook and HR policies/procedures with recommendations to senior team
  15. Leverage on social media and other interactive recruitment techniques to build positive employer branding.
  16. Identify and manage employee wellness programs, leveraging ongovernment grants/subsidies.
  17. Identify, develop and implement efficient and functional HRIS system to manage employee data, automate processes and streamline reporting.
  18. Provide guidance and counselling to line managers and employees on employee relations issues and performance related issues.
  19. In conjunction with the school’s Operating Company, ensure that the School meets its compliance obligations in all areas of activity including, but not limited to Recruitment of foreign personnel, Registration of Teachers, Administration of Government Training Grants and Subsidies
