HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (SENIOR/JUNIOR)

HR FUNCTIONS

  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager in handling full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, selection & employment, all Work Pass matters.
  • Responsible for the full payroll functions in consultation with HR & Admin Manager
  • Maintain, upkeep and ensured timely and accurate updates of HR database, all employee personal files and records are complete and treated in the strictest confidence
  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager in reviewing training plans and career development for staff.
  • Responsible to manage and update Time Attendance for payroll processing
  • Manage and Liaise with Dormitory Operators for Dorm Check in/out, and other matters
  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager in handling company insurance claims and reviews (Group Medical, Workmen Injury Compensation, Vehicle Insurance)
  • Prepare submissions to government agencies, such as IRAS, NS claims, Government Paid leave claims and etc
  • Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

ADMIN FUNCTIONS

  • Lead HR Admin team, manage and improve the workflow to give strong support to operations and finance department
  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager with vendor management and government grant applications
  • Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies eg. Stationery, photocopiers
  • Maintain company assets such as desktops and laptops with help from IT outsourcing vendors
  • Ensure that the office and pantry is well-maintained, organized and secure.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • At least 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in the Construction Industry.
  • Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for the Senior executive role
  • Candidates with minimum GCE O level plus Certificate in Human Resource Management & above will have an advantage
  • Well versed and knowledgeable in WPOL and EPOL applications and processes
  • Familiar with HRIS & Payroll systems, preferably CuteOffice
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive and resourceful
  • Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proactive and initiative
  • Preferably able to commence work at short notice
