We are looking for an experienced Assistant Managing Director to control and oversee all business operations, human resources, and financials for our company.
This person must be professional to provide inspiration, motivation and guidance to the General Managers and Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the board and shareholders goals.
- Ensuring business operations are implement based on established procedures.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
- Managing the profits and losses of the organization.
- Maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Directing the company’s operations to make sure it achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently.
- Supervising, mentoring, and managing a group of managers from difference departments.
- Guiding managers on implementing company initiatives and policies
- Analyse problematic situation and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Ensure that this subsidiary company’s comply with HQ Japan group policies and legal guidelines.
- Prepare and submit reports to HQ Japan.
Requirements
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a relevant qualification.
- With more than 12 years’ experience in relevant industry.
- Proven experience as Asst. Managing Director position.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements
- Planning and organisation skills to facilitate goal setting.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Innovative mindset to create new, effective solutions.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
